Artists' Union of Armenia

In 1932, with the support of painter and sculptor Ara Sargsyan, the Artists' Union of Armenia was established.
One of the main goals of the union is to raise the skills of the members of the union, to support artists, sculptors, art critics. Individual or group exhibitions of artists are organized. The union participates in festivals, engages in publishing.

Various lectures on art topics, meetings with famous representatives of culture and art are organized. The association finances exhibitions of painters and sculptors.

Art lovers often say that they discovered this or that artist during the exhibitions held at the union.

Since 2018, painter Suren Safaryan has been the president of the Union of Artists of Armenia.
